Cost £6.95 or FREE if order totals £100 or above!
In most cases, orders will be delivered to you in 2-5 business days.
Orders will be delivered by the most appropriate method using a Courier service. Orders will require to be signed for and will be delivered between 9.00am and 5.00pm. If there is no signatory available the Courier will either leave a card or attempt to deliver the goods the next working day.

Returns
To return any products to Meantrade, customers must phone the Customer Service team on 0845 370 8868 and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. This number must be quoted on the outside of the packaging when returning the product(s). The company will not accept any returns without an RA number.
Products damaged or missing in delivery:
Please check the contents of any delivery against your delivery note or invoice. If anything is damaged or missing, call our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt on 0845 370 8868. Meantrade will ask customers to post back any damaged goods (or a sample if a large order) in exchange for two energy saving bulbs to cover the cost of packaging. Please include a description of the problem and a copy of the original invoice with your returned items.
Refund on unsuitable goods:
Meantrade will provide a refund on goods that are not suitable for their intended purpose. Refunds will be made, using the same method as original payment, minus the shipping & handling costs. All goods must be returned within seven days of receipt, in new condition, complete with original packaging and all accessories and utilities. Unfortunately in these circumstances the customer will have to meet the cost of returning the goods by a suitable parcel carrier.
